Useless internet service provider

I moved from another service provider to rain and man am I disappointed. I have been with rain for almost 2 months now and I have been complaining about my connection almost everyday. My network is forever down and I can hardly stream or even send a simple text. It's mad frustrating and unfortunately my complaints have yielded nothing.
