Useless internet.. Rain 5G

Ever since we moved to Rain 5G we have had nothing but problems. We used to have the R250 4G package and changed to the R490 package to have unlimited wifi, which was okay. I had to start to work from home and decided the Rain 5G package will be much beter but to our surprise it is only worse. Upload speed is 1.1mbps and download 0.2mbps with a ping exceeding 230ms. Paying almost R1000 for bad internet services is pathetic. We have contacted Rain but their customer service is as pathetic as the Rain 5G.
