Useless Internet Provider

I logged a call to cancel my subscription and i was told someone will call me and I even wrote a review on Hellopeter and two days later I'm still waiting for a call. Looks like RAIN are trying everything possible not to cancel services so they can debit without offering any service. By far the worst service provider
