Useless internet provider

Was out of internet for a week. Router went down I requested call from their site. Nothing happened except the autogenerated response. I requested assistance from their Twitter account and they confirmed that my internet was down and help will be on the way - again nothing happened. I followed up and was ignored. I called them myself and the lady was nice, tried doing troubleshooting but didn’t get right and escalated- no one from tech support called. I canceled and they informed me I’ll still be charged for full month. Don’t bother getting any package from them!
