Useless *********** poor SERVICE from RAIN

What a useless internet service provider. The admin are totally useless they confuse their idea of assistance with that of a favour. They don't realise that all our subscriptions keep them in a job . I have been trying for the last three days to register my sim obviously they made sure they took my money through a eft before they allowed me onto the registration page. I managed to load after several attempts details they asked for. As we are now in a digital age I do not receive any mail direct to my residential . I sent them a valid affidavit stating same approved and stamped by a qualified authority of the post office RAIN rejected this . After numerous attempts they sent me a list of what they acknowledge as proof of address. I Managed to locate the last Municipal bill dated in March as everything is now emailed to me. With my full history on it the lazy admin staff who failed to read the smaller print where all my details requested are there rejected it once more stating they can only see my P.O Box address. IF they opened their eyes and scrolled down they would see my full address. , They rejected this I sent them an email to give an alternative somewhere near me where I can physically Rica my sim and documents , I even posted my cell number to advise me they don't bother to return a call. Now I am R250 short with no internet . A plea to the Honorable Mr Patrick Motsepe sir please make RAIN more user friendly with competent able staff employ well trained competent staff and have a able call centre . We are sitting ducks here with lack of interest from the Lazy *********** staff at RAIN .
