useless

2weeks since they took my money and no one has responded i have to sim cards that are not activated nor rica'd and no one is responding. i need contact details

I’m not holding my breath Fattima, I’ve sent more than 30 emails the Maxine woman thinks she’s important as she’s been ignoring me for 3weeks now, your salaries must be great for you to treat customers like this

You said you’d refund me in 7-10 days it’s 15 days now I have send more than 50 emails 10 messenger messages 15 Facebook comments 1twittwer and 2hellopeter messages still nothing? Guys I’m a customer services consultant covid 19 or not I work from home and work my butt offf because if it wasn’t for my clients I would not have a job.... hire people who do their jobs without being micro managed or monitored people who value their jobs and treat it with respect it seems like your company has no values
