Useless excuse for a network

What a useless network, my network has been unavailable since Tuesday, I have been unable to work, I logged so many calls with rain to fix my network, they keep telling me I must reset my device, I've reset the device so many times it still does the same thing, I have been with Rain since March and have never had such issues, so that should definitely tell u something is wrong.... But yet all they can say is reset, rest, reset
