Useless customer service, useless

When I tried to cancel because of poor reception RAIN was unresponsive. There is also no number to call or place to visit it seems. Anyway after many attempts to cancel the debit order went off my account again and now I have to cancel my credit card in order to avoid getting billed continuously despite cancelling, (wanting to cancel). Useless customer service, useless.
