Useless Customer service, often No signal
Useless, only worked properly for the first 3 weeks. Signal keeps dropping, so your device has to try Re connect. Reported it by e mail, phoning Rain, sending them messages on Face Book. Their customer service says they will escalate, BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS, never get back to you! Useless company!

I have got to the frustrating poing now that All I want to do is cancel.
Enough is enough, battled long enough with the internet connection and with Rains lack of any will to address the problem
