Useless customer service agents

I have never in my life seen a more *********** group of contact agents in my life!!!!!! They will either put you on hold until you give up and hang up!!! OR They will straight up hang up on you. And I wasn't even being rude or anything to them. They do this just because they cant resolve my query. I have been getting very slow speeds for almost a week now. 6 calls and over R200 airtime later. I am no closer to resolving my query. This is pathetic really!!! Time I start looking for a new ISP.
