Useless customer service
I have been trying to cancel my rain account for more than 2 weeks now. RainGo does not work and I keep submitting a cancellation request with their "AskRain" portal which supposedly sends an email, but no feedback from anyone. Easy to join Rain, but impossible to cancel. Disgusting service
