Useless customer service

Lodged a complaint with Rain 2 months ago and did not receive ANY assistance whatsoever, not even an email or phone call. NO improvement in the quality of the internet received with outages continuing to occur on a daily basis. My speeds are so slow that I cannot even perform a speed test. Anyone thinking of signing up with Rain would probably be better off resurrecting a dial-up connection from 1999. Rain, what do your customers have to do to extract even an ounce of service from you? Between pathetic internet and zero service, it is a great mystery as to where the monthly subscription money actually goes... Perhaps your management ought to take a refresher course in economics.
