Useless customer care line and terrible service

Hi I'm really frustrated with the level of service that I have received from you and your courier company, I honestly think that it's very poor and I'm a very unhappy customer. I am already experiencing problems and this is just the beginning of my relationship with you. I was expecting delivery of my sim card last week Friday and no one contacted me or pitched, I had to call the useless customer care lines and had to stay on the line for over 30 minutes. I logged a ticket and was informed that the sim would be delivered latest today. It's 18:00 as I'm typing this email and no one has bothered to contact me yet. I canceled my data sim card with another ISP with hopes that I would have received my sim card from you. I am now incurring data costs due to this. My work relies on the internet and I would like delivery to take place tomorrow the latest or please refund my money so I can take my business elsewhere.
