Useless ***ards
Having an issue with RICA on simcard. Received mail that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours. Its been 7 days. Submitted new request, get same generic email reply. Ref no *** and ***. I see on other reviews a copy/paste response. No call centre; is it because of the **** service that the consultants cannot cope?
