useless courier
Cant say the experience has been pleasant so far main problem stems from the useless courier you using... how hard is it to stick too appointed date for delivery?
this has been more than the 5 business days and still no delivery ( in the mean i am billed pro rata that's based only delivery etc and yet still don't have the order ) kinda paying now for a service that's not even delivered in the allot time...
this is unacceptable

20 Feb 2024, 13:27and no they eventually phoned me and said it was for today same time and guess what same thing again .. and who the hell decide it will be for the 21st you assume someone will be there???? can see there is 0 communication there.....
the fact you taking this very lightly is quite concerning your sorry means nothing to me regarding this if this is the level of service i can expect then making a move to you was a very stupid idea on my part at the end of the day you choose to use this useless courier not only that this is almost a week now no delivery you forgot i made a upfront payment that was more on checkout than quoted on site left it at that but now since im paying for a not delivered service we have a problem now
the fact you taking this very lightly is quite concerning your sorry means nothing to me regarding this if this is the level of service i can expect then making a move to you was a very stupid idea on my part at the end of the day you choose to use this useless courier not only that this is almost a week now no delivery you forgot i made a upfront payment that was more on checkout than quoted on site left it at that but now since im paying for a not delivered service we have a problem now
