Useless company

Am canceling my services all I want is my sim card so I can port...it's been a month now going back and forth with this company. I've lost my phone and requested for a new sim card.The only respond I get is "one of our agents will call" I waited for 2weeks and no call...I personally decided to call them for a week now I've Ben calling all they do is put me on hold then hung up am so frustrated
