useless call centre
i spend a lot of money with Rain, now they tell me that I have not paid! please wake up all my networks are down... I've phone the helpdesk endless times spend huge amounts on vodacom failback and i just kept on being told they will phone me back not one of the 5 call centre agents has called me back yet! do you want my business or not?
