Useless bunch of idiots

I took out an internet connection with them for my younger son and paid for it, i was told we cannot do it under my name because im based in Kzn and he is in JHB. I was then advised that we needed to open up a profile under his name and paid for it as well. They were supposed to refund me my 1st payment which i was told in Nov 2023 that i will get it within 10 days, It is now the 29th of Jan 2024 no one calls me when i request for a call back. I ask my son to enquire on my behalf and he is told they cant help him. Can i please get my money. I am an old lady who is no longer working and is only dependent on Sassa grant and you guys are quick to take our money but take forever to refund it. Useless since 2023 Nov it is now 2024 and update.
