Useless bunch of *******

Being a so called value client for two and half years. Always wanting my debit order to go off on the first but rain somehow manages my finance and deducts on the 25th... cut me off on 20 April although I paid for the full month. Talking to one of their highly educated employees she mentioned if they change my debit date to the first I will pay on the 25th and again on the 1st... wow 599 for 5 days must say that's very cheap(sarcastic) they debited my account again on the 1st after I told their educated employee to leave either for the 25th... now I want my refund from these ******* and another educated employee promised yesterday to call me back today but no calls no feedback from the bunch of ****** that think they can manage my account and finances. I am still waiting for my refund... I am still waiting for my call... please people I have had endless issues with these ******* DO NOT EVER FALL FOR THEIR TRAP... THEY ***** UR MONEY AND WONT RETURN IT OR FOLLOW UP... EVERY MONTH ITS A DIFFERENT SITUATION WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY... DO NOT SUNSCRIBE LET THEM CLOSE THEIR DOORS USELESS PATHETIC SERVICE. IM TIRED OF COMPLAINING EVERY SINGLE MONTH NOW.. 11 CLIENTS GONE CANCELLING...
