Useless and worthless waste of time and energy

I have received a router and 5g sim card on the 11 November 2022, and its nearly ten days later, and sim card still has not been activated. I have spoken to a useless call centre who spews the same nonsense over and over again, we will escalate and please allow up to 24hrs we guarantee you it will be activated. You ask to speak to a manager and they advise all in meetings. Why have a useless call centre and useless agents if they cant do the business. So sorry I signed up for a useless service provider. Will never promote this to anybody... Will advise to steer away for useless company with useless agents....If not activation within next 24hrs, will use router as a door stopper cos thats all its good for right now....
