USELESS AND PATHETIC SERVICE
I been complaining since the 5th of May about Rain network in my area a tremendous amount of tickets had been generated and numerous calls to Rain and all they say the tower is down it has been escalated to technicians. My last review was 17 May today is the 25 May I called and the tower is still down it hasn't been repaired obviously nothing has been done about it. Absolutely terrible and pathetic service from Rain. They will b quick to debit me on the 1st for the full amount and then try getting a refund I'm sure it will take years. RAIN IS A USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER OF 5G

So every time we called we couldn't be told this because nothing was done about it.
So the 5g tower is vandalized there's no eta on repairs so can you connect me back to 4g.
Cos even if you try on the app it doesn't allow us to purchase 4g cos it says your area is in 5g coverage which is not the case
So please disable that function so we can continue to use the 4g
