Useless and pathetic

Your company is a joke. This is all I have been hearing from every single call centre agent. Or when I phone and hold on for hours at end all the consultant say is: "Your call has bee escalated" Nothing ever happens. Now Im asumimg I will receive credit instead of a refund in my bank account if it ever they ever deceide to refund me. Not matter how much money they cost me because I was unable to work and had to buy data for my phone to make hotspots to atleast have something done. That does still not even cover the hours we have lost due to the loss of internet connection on a constant basis. I will believe change in this useless company when I see change.

There is no sim swop. The same problem even now. You people dont wven know whats happening in your own company. The outdoor unit has to have a sim card. The call center agaents failed to inform us of this. The call center failed to send a simcard with the out door unit they sent a couple of weeks ago. Obviously the router then didn't work. Then collected the out door unit instead of sending a simcard and left us the the same 101 router and obviously the same problem up to now. Go do some fact checking. Im fed up with this useless company.

I have done all of this multiple times. Im also not posting my address on this platform. We live in die Baillie Park are in Potchefstroom North west. This was the reason they sent the oit door unit. Unfortunately because of *********** staff the outdoor unit was sent without a sim which it meeds to work

No!!!!!!! They removed it and replaced it with the 101 router instead of just sending us a simcard.
