Useless and full of empty promises!!!
This is now the 3rd week running around in circles with the customer service trying to get a new 5G sim activated. Everytime I contact them whether via a call or submitting a ticket via the portal I keep getting an empty promise of a call from a technician which never happens. What does a one have to do to get anywhere with this service provider!?
