USELESS AND A WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst service provider. I will not recommend this to anyone. They have no pride or care for their customers. The only platform of communication is messenger and Rain has been last active 10 days ago - Im still waiting for a response. I am on the unlimited package and will be cancelling their services soon. I pay for 10mbps yet I dont receive more than 2 mbps of download speed during the day and at night, it doesnt exceed 1mbps. I cant even access my emails.
They fail to respond and to provide an efficient service yet they are quick to debit your account, absolutely no delays there. USELESS AND A WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
