Useless Agents

I called in to inquire about my network and I spoke to Sikhanyiso and Sibusiso who both advised that they are not able to assist me as they do not know what is happening with my query and they advised that there is no update nor an ETA they can give me.

I requested to speak to a Supervisor and they both refused to a point whereby they hung up the call on me twice. They mentioned that the supervisor (Cindy) cannot speak to me as she is the only available senior.

I am not happy with this and should I not get a call within the next 24hrs, I will take this with the ombudsman.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
