USELESS
I HAVE BEEN HAVING ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH RAIN WIFI I KEEP ON CALLING FOR HELP BUT NO ONE IS ABLE TO ASSIST I AM PAYING MONTHLY FOR WIFI I CANNOT EVEN USE! IT SAYS NO INTERNET AVAILABLE, THEIR EXCUSE REMAINS THAT THE 5G TOWER IS DOWN AND THEIR TEAM IS WORKING ON IT THIS IS MONTH 4.

26 Jun 2023, 14:22I received a mail saying the the issue has been resolved yet it still persists!!!! I am paying for WIFI which I cannot use most of the time there is always a problem, I moved my router around my house and I am still having issues, in the mail you guys are telling me to move my router but it still is not working. please send a team out to assist this is ridiculous
