Useless

What a bunch of useless ****s. We purchased two Rain 5g devices from and upon receiving the unit's we put the Sims cards into the unit's and there was no network. After calling them they said the Sims could take up to 24 hours to active. After 24 hours still no internet been trying to sort this problem out over a week and still nothing. Spoke to several people over the phone even managers,can't give a a answer or even feed back . Say they will call you back and never do. Useless ****s
