USELESS

This is the worst service provide in the history of mankind. I joined on December the 13 2023. I was sent my rooter and sim card. I tried it and it did not work. After many phone calls to the call centre I was still not connected. The employees in the call centre tells you someone will call you back but no one does. They also put the phone down. Then I got through to someone who said my sim card is faulty and they sent me a sim card 7 days later. I tried it and it worked for 12 hours. After more calls still not connected. Last Friday a technician said my rooter is broken and I will receive one in 24 hours. It has been a week and a lot of phone calls but no rooter. I work from home and need wifi. I have lost 1000's of rands due to this useless service provider. Please do not support them
