Useless

I’ve been requesting calls to get network fixed, your WhatsApp line is useless cause you don’t even keep to promises and my cancellation request for month end hasn’t been processed either, the router at the top of the house is as useless as this company, you guys struggle to get my network fixed. Always telling me I’m connected to 4G tower when it should be on 5G tower and the moment you reconnect me to 5G tower it somehow goes back to 4G tower how does that happen, it’s not supposed to happen. Get an agent to call me ASAP!! so that I can cancel this nonsense WiFi for month end, I’m not getting what I’m paying for, there’s much cheaper and more reliable companies than this useless company called Rain. That 1 star rating is alot be glad.
