Useless

Useless , dysfunctional, unprofessional. We ordered a 5g rain oackage it took 10 days to be delivered by an unprofessional delivery service CCD couriers. Then to Rica the simcard and cancel the 4g package we have been trying the whole of Monday 2nd October 2023, Bern given over 5 different reference numbers , tried phoning, put on hold continously.

The only Rain may understand is to start taking there physical assets, and hold them until I get done type of service will they then understand.
