Useless

I have had a connection issue since Sunday the 2nd of April and after numerous calls to them and an online query, I am not happy at all with their service. The agents take you through trouble shooting instructions that don't really help and promise call backs that never happen. I spoke to a manager/team leader that wanted to take me through the same steps of trouble shooting which did not work. To top it off, the want to bill me for 5 days of April saying that I have used the service. No one knows what they are doing at that call centre.
