Useless
Like rain works very hard at being bad, from the service, to customer service, etc How can you not have a turnaround time of fixing and issue and also keep a client holding for 5 minutes plus before assisting

I initially changed it to the 23rd and i was advised that on the 1st the prorata amount plus the monthly deduction will be done, so i dont understand now
