Useless

Good day I'm having big issues with my network, I barely have any internet. I have tried all the things if I was told over a 100 times by Rain support and nothing works. My router is near a window and we dont live too far from the tower ,yet I barely have a connection.

It's been like this for a while now and i have emailed you a few times with only copy pasted text telling me to do the same thing. Your support is absolutely useless. I'm working from home and couldn't do a thing this past week.

I'm losing money because of this. Yet I'm paying R700!! for this ISP. I pay R700 to almost never have the internet and if I need help all I get is a copy pasted message from you! Yet comes the end of the month and you guys are very quick to terminate the service if nothing is paid.
