Useless

At this point I regret not cancelling Rain in the last 2 months but I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking it will get better. The network is absolutely horrible, every minute it literally freezes even if you only using 1 device... oh and the app is useless since no matter how many times you send an inquiry you won't get any assistance. So basically I'm paying for nothing since I have to buy data separately for my home.
