Usefull When Signing Up And The Worst After You Signed Up With Them

Hi, what the hell is wrong with your website, I want to check my statement as I want to know my usage of last month???????? I need the usage urgently as I am doing a bit of research of other internet providers which I can already see a few of them which is cheaper and better. After I will decide if I want to leave or stay.

Been waiting for feedback from Rain for ages now. They clearly dont care about their clients so my good fellow people, spare youselves the hassle and trouble and do not sign up with rain!!!!

I am near my last nerve with them. Going to leave them very very very soon and take some customers for theirs with me if they do not improve on everything like after sales, tech assistace and sorting out calls and emails professionally(Reading emails completely and not using the copy and paste tool for emails) and not forgetting also a massive huge improvement is needed on their towers or shell I say the towers they allowed to share with other networks and also coverage. Example: Signal shows full bars with signal strength (dbm) excellent but speed is as slow as a turtle crossing the road.

The owners/ceo's of rain must be so so so ashamed of having people to work for their company that does not even care of help the clients with anything. The only time when they are helpfull and friendly is when you sign up with them.

All communities, believe me these guys are clowns and a big fat joke!!!
