Used to be amazing but is now terrible.

We are currently signed onto the Rain One package. My experience with Rain for the last 8 months has been absolutely awful. We were downgraded about 8 months ago after being on a "promotion" for two years for a 60mbps line to a 30mbps. We asked to be re-upgraded but our internet connection has been borderline unusable since then.

The connection is mostly unstable with huge drops and huge latency that last for around 20 minutes at a time. I can't call to sort this out as the package is under my wife's name but I work from home and they often put the call down stating that they will call back which they never do.

The worst part is that for 2 years before this, Rain had been absolutely amazing. I recommended them to everyone I know. We haven't moved house, there has been no load shedding, our modem is in the same spot so why has it become so bad. Is it the because of the GeForce Now service eating up bandwidth.
