Urgently Need ITC Number but Receiving No Help

It is extremely frustrating that I have to contact Rain every day regarding an ITC number, only to be given non-existent reference numbers. The last reference number provided to me was ***8, and instead of resolving the issue, I am being sent SIM cards. How am I supposed to use these SIM cards without a phone?I have been given two valid reference numbers, but they are linked to devices that were not ******. Why can the same process not be app**** to the actual device I need to have blacklisted?At this point, it feels like I am not being assisted properly, and the situation is very disappointing.This ongoing situation reflects a lack of proper assistance and resolution. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that the correct device be blacklisted without further delay.
