Urgent - Stay away from Rain Internet and Cellular

AVOID at all costs. This has been the Worst Internet and cellular provider, that I have ever had the misfortune to subscribe with. There is no physical person that you can speak to in South Africa and when you request a call back with the useless bot, someone from Asia or the UAE call you, that can hardly speak English. Their network coverage is terrible and when using the home router, it buffers every few minutes, making watching anything unpleasant. The cellular service reception is even worse and is not available everywhere you go, as they do not have their own network towers. Stay far away, or enjoy endless stress!! Wish I knew this before joining them.
