Urgent Resolution Needed for Network Issues and Unnecessary Charges

I have been experiencing ongoing network issues with the router I purchased from the company rain and have been charged for Sim cards that I do not have.This is unacceptable. Please resolve these issues immediately 😞😡.

Is BN more than 13 months with rain but I know that around 18:30 moving forward I won't connect have to buy data whiles I have a WiFi in the house.
