URGENT: Rain, why have I not had internet for 5 days!

Five days without internet, reported it after 3 days because I thought the rain was the problem. STILL waiting for a technician to contact me for an appointment to see why there is no internet. How long will I have to wait, and am I going to get a refund for the days without a service I paid for, and the money I used to buy data for my ****le? I work from home, this is unacceptable!!
