I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from Rain ever since I joined in May. From the beginning, I have faced persistent issues with my router and frequent loss of internet connection, which have significantly disrupted my daily activities.

A technician visited my residence, tested the router, and concluded that a swap-out was necessary. However, this recommendation was never followed through. Despite my numerous reports and calls to your support team, it seems that no one is taking my issue seriously.
