Urgent Matter

I have purchased a rain simcard from the rain website and it was delivered yesterday but when i log into the rain website it says that the simcard is yet to be delivered. The simcard i received I put it in my phone and instead of making the 4G network bars it has made a cross ever since. Can i ask that the rain people please to contact me because having to Dm them on twitter it is an unproductive way of resolving my challenge since the charts are back and forth and they barely respond
