Every month I have issues when I need to make payment. My services are disconnected and all I want is to make a payment and your AI whats app response has failed me dismally every other day.

Can you please get a human to contact me so that I can make payment and have my service reconnected asap my business looses money everytime you disconnect my service and you guys never speak about reimbur*****t for the times that you drop the ball and cause me such misery. I will not leave you as a service provider because your service works perfect for me it’s the customer service issue that I have a problem with and Im not going anywhere until you guys fix this and make it right.
