Urgent Help Needed

My dear people, can I please ask of you to assist me with another provider. It's been almost a month now and my complain still hasn't been solve. Instead of contacting me, they send me messages over hellopeter claiming that the signal poles are out and they don't have an estimated time as to when it will be fixed. I'm looking into installing fibre but it's not available as yet in my area. Can you please assist with some names of other companies because I refuse to give a cent more to this pathetic wannabe company. I've been a loyal customer with rain for almost 3 years and this is how I'm being treated. I'm also advising everyone else to do the same, you might not have problems with them now but believe me you going to in the near future. I will keep on posting and advising my family and friends to stay away, please do the same.
