Urgent: Connectivity Issues with RainOne SIM Card

I have been unable to establish an internet connection using my RainOne SIM, which is identified by the ICCID number *** (NN94GW), since last month. Despite discontinuing my payments, I was informed that my connection would be restored for the remainder of the month upon making the payment, which unfortunately did not occur. I've made multiple attempts to utilize this SIM card in different routers and smartphones, and I have observed that when inserted into a smartphone, the SIM card is not recognised.

Additionally, the router provided by Rain lacks external antenna ports, causing it to overheat even when the SIM card is not functioning. Upon contacting Rain's support team, they informed me that I do not have an active plan with Rain. It is worth noting that I have been a loyal Rain customer since its inception, back when it launched via Afrihost in 2017. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing.
