URGENT

I have had a rather ok service from Rain but now my problems , I wish to cancel and I see that they no longer have the facility available on the website. It now means I need to rely on people to do something that I could do before but now all of a sudden can no longer do. I'm trying to cancel for 2days already. Rain seems to be training to trap people into staying with their service by taking the ability to cancel yourself away from the customer.
