URGENT!!!!!!!!!

Please urgently advise.

My services was suspended in the start of October as the debit order went off later than the day I requested, I did not use the rain at all for the month of October as it was disconnected.

On the 25th of October I made my services was activated, and then suspended yet again after a few days.... Why am I billed for October when my services was not active? WHY should I pay for something I did not use??? Now I receive reminders to make a payment of almost R900 again after paying almost R1100 on the 25th of October?for WHAT???
