URGENT

My son upgraded the Rain Wifi to include the special that you are having with the 2 4g sim cards. He did this as thinking it was only a delivery of the cards so he put another address. But now its stated that he has to be available. He is not available as he is working and wont be able to take delivery. As we are already your current customers, why cant I (his mother) take delivery of it with his ID and an affidavit to state that he is granting me permission. I don't see why we always seem to have a problem and you guys cannot assist. As this is still in the delivery process, and as we are paying customers, let the the logistics' company know of the exception. Please reply urgently so I can give you details.
