Upset, need to cancel Rain

Very poor for gaming, double nat and nat type strict, I was **** to when I asked will it work for gaming, console users stay away, been struggling for over a year with this issue and Rain doesn't seem to understand how their product works. How do I go about canceling my subscription so that rain can collect their router?
