I had a subscription with Rain 4G, and now put a request to cancel the subscription. I also received an email from the company confirming my cancellation, they quoted the reference number :***3. Now to my surprise I have been debited from my account. This to my understanding is *****ulent because I am no longer a customer of their service. I have tried calling ***, the contact number provided on the email and have been kept on hold for more than 15 mins. This is ridiculous.
